Saving Nine Ltd is owned by Catherine & Kevin Trueman who between them have industry specific experience totalling nearly 70 years. Their skills and experiences within the garment industry complement each other covering most aspects of garment manufacturing. After many years working abroad they have returned to the UK to live and run their own business.
Catherine Trueman has been in the garment industry since the late 1970’s. For over 25 years she fulfilled senior roles ranging from General Manager, Production Director to Technical Director. She has experience in Ladies formal wear, Ladies casual wear (tops & bottoms), Men’s formal wear, Men’s casual wear (tops & bottoms), lingerie & nightwear. She has worked in the U.K., Morocco, Tunisia, Turkey, Egypt, India, Bangladesh and Cambodia. She has trained and developed many thousands of people within the industry across the globe.
Kevin Trueman has been in the garment industry since the mid 1980’s. He has fulfilled roles in Merchandising, supply chain, planning, cutting, distribution, project management, work study and quality systems. In recent years he has had senior roles encompassing multiple aspects of the industry including commercial and compliance. He previously owned and ran his own dedicated garment industry recruitment and consultancy business(KTSX). Providing people and services in many countries around the world.
